It’s easy: there are two ways on how to order
- Just send us a fulfilled purchase online order form, and upon confirmation, your order is good to go!
- Search and Browse the items that you want to purchase – then add the items in the shopping cart – proceed to checkout and make the payment.
Note: after you make the order, our sales consultant will contact for your order verification.
Terms and Conditions:
- Officially sending us an order form means you have read the Terms and Conditions, Warranty, and purchase and return guidelines.
- One day reservation only – please book your orders the day before your purchase date. More than one day reservation is not allowed.
- Got questions? Feel free to SMS or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your questions before purchase. We are genuinely happy to be of service!

- Please be specific about brand, model, color, memory, quantity, etc.
- Finalize shipping detail Our loving customers are everywhere from Luzon to Mindanao!We can ship nationwide via LBC’s, Xend, JRS Express and other trusted courier service just give us 3-7 days for Metro Manila, Outside Metro Manila 5-12 Days for delivery. Combined shipping is possible: we can put small items together, so you save on shipping cost (get that phone with the perfect case, yes?) After sending us an order form, we’ll compute the total for you.

Step 1. Choose your product
- Browse with Category Menu
- Or type what you are looking for in the Search Box.
Step 2. Check Product Information
- Check the product images and detailed description provided
- Check product availability and expected delivery time.
- Click “Add to Cart” to proceed
Step 3. Shopping Cart
- Select product quantity.
- Choose “Continue Shopping” (If you wish to browse more items) or “Proceed to Checkout” once done.
Step 4. Checkout
- If you are already a member of our site, kindly please Login to your account.
- If not, kindly please fill out all the required information for us to deliver your order. Fill out the form with your correct and complete billing address. Put a checkmark on “Ship to the same address” if your billing address is the same with your delivery address.
- Select your preferred payment method. There are items where we offer COD (Cash on Delivery). You can also pay us via Bank Deposit, Paypal, Credit Card, and other money remittance like Cebuana / Bayad Center.
- Review the items before you finally place your order.
Step 5. Order Confirmation
- You will received your order number and invoice via a email, it will be sent to your email address provided upon purchasing. Please make sure that the email address/numbers that you typed is correct to receive confirmation details and progress of your order. There are times when our email goes to your Spam Folder, so please don’t forget to check Spam folder as well.
- Once order has been dispatched you will received an automated text message including your tracking number for you to monitor the progress of your order.
Step 6. Payment Confirmation
- Please take note of the iBITS Company bank information and transact your payment to any of the three bank accounts provided.

- Once payment is completed, Scan or take a photo of your transaction slip and, together with your name and invoice number, email your proof of payment to email@example.com until 12 midnight of the next business day from the day you placed an order. Please make sure all photos taken show the details clearly to avoid order processing delays.
